We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, and we will notify you of any material changes to the policy by posting the new information here and changing the “Effective Date” at the top. If you are a registered user, then we may also use alternative methods to alert you to changes to the policy, such as e-mail or posting a notice to your account page. We encourage you to check this page periodically for any changes.
Personal and other information collected on the website is stored and processed in the United States of America and Canada. By using or registering with the website, you consent to our collection, transfer to (if applicable), and use and processing of such information in the U.S.A and Canada.

Information We Collect
If you register as a Get Loud Music user, you will need to provide us with certain personal information, such as your age, name, email address, postal address, and phone number. In order for us to pay your royalties to you, we will also need to collect certain banking details, which may include social security or other tax ID number. We may also request certain other personal information from time to time, but it is always up to you whether you wish to provide it (although you may not be able to take advantage of all aspects of our website or services without doing so).
We may also collect non-personal information from visitors and registered users of the Sites. You can always update your information through your account page on the website. If you lose your username or password, please follow the retrieval process at login. As long as you remain a registered user of the website or maintain a royalty account or payment balance, then we may contact you about your account. We may also retain your personal and non-personal information for as long as we deem it necessary or desirable for our own tax, accounting or other record-keeping purposes.
